Because we know the importance of stringing and string tension on the performance of your racquet, and subsequently your game. Many new customers that come to us have existing injuries, such as tennis elbow, from poor quality or inconsistent stringing, incorrectly purchased racquet frames that do not suit their body or style of game, and lack of enjoyment playing tennis with their current equipment.   Getting out onto the court and hitting with a variety of carefully selected racquets is one part of our demo process. The other is the stringing, and we are constantly assessing how the stringing could better suit your game and tennis racquet. We have many techniques available to compliment different racquets, injuries and playing styles and feel, however if you have your new tennis racquet strung with us, and fitted at the store, and you feel the stringing needs some slight adjustment, we give you a month after purchase to be able to bring the racquet back for a second restring free, just to make sure we get it right for you. Most of our customers are very happy straight off, but this does give you peace of mind, knowing that if you feel a little tweak here or there will help, you won't be out of pocket. |
